• Pages visited, time spent on site, and user interactions
• Referral sources and search terms that brought you to our site

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors helping us operate our website and deliver services. Contractually bound to handle data securely. These include Supabase (accounts and learning data), Paystack (payments), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting).
• Meta (Facebook): If, and only if, you accept advertising cookies, our pages load the Meta advertising pixel. It tells Meta which of our pages you viewed, whether you started a payment, and whether you completed one, along with the amount. We do not send Meta your name, email address or phone number. Meta collects your IP address, browser details and its own cookies directly. If you decline, the pixel is never loaded and Meta receives nothing.
• Legal Requirements: When disclosure is required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer with prior notice.
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

• Account data is retained for the duration of your active relationship with Wikrena
• Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
• Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for improvement purposes

Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience. We use:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors use our site. Data is aggregated and anonymized.
• Advertising Cookies: Set by Meta (Facebook) so we can measure whether our advertising reaches the right people. Loaded only after you accept them, and never if you decline.

When you first visit the site you are asked to accept or decline advertising cookies. Nothing non-essential loads until you choose, and declining loads nothing at all. Your choice is stored on your own device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser storage asks you again.
