These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of wikrena.com, our data analytics services, platforms, and educational programs. By accessing or using any Wikrena service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wikrena.com or any of Wikrena’s services, platforms, or educational programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using Wikrena, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Description of Services

Wikrena provides data analytics services, AI-powered business solutions, data platforms, and professional training programs. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

  • Analytics consulting and data strategy services for businesses
  • Proprietary and licensed data platforms and dashboards
  • Online and in-person data analytics and AI training programs
  • Educational content including courses, workshops, and resources
  • Community access for data and AI professionals

Section 03

User Accounts

Certain features of our services require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Wikrena reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on wikrena.com — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, datasets, software, and proprietary methodologies — is the intellectual property of Wikrena or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

What You May NOT Do: Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Wikrena content without our express written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you retain all copyright notices and do not alter the content.

Section 05

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wikrena’s services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
  • Scrape, mine, or harvest data from our platforms without permission
  • Impersonate Wikrena, its employees, or other users
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Use our services to facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activities

Section 06

Payment & Refunds

Fees for paid services and training programs are displayed at the time of purchase and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout
  • Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers
  • Refund requests for training programs must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before 25% of the course content has been accessed
  • Service contracts are governed by separate service agreements
Disputes: For payment disputes, contact us at billing@wikrena.com within 30 days of the transaction.

Disclaimers

Wikrena’s services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected

Wikrena is not responsible for decisions made based on data, analytics, or insights provided through our services. Business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wikrena and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Aggregate Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wikrena in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Section 09

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Wikrena’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 10

Changes to These Terms

Wikrena reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and, where changes are material, notify registered users via email or a site notice.

Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
